Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre and Birmingham New Street train station both just a 10 minute walk away. Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk. Other Things to Note: If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional informaion. There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
