The apartment is also near plenty of restaurants if you prefer to dine out in style or enjoy a cosy takeaway. The living space also features a dining table, a large sofa and 4K SMART TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g. Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious double bedroom features full length windows, storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins). Getting Around: Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk. Other Things to Note: If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge. For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge. For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival.
