The flat is located on a quiet street, 2 minutes from the main road leading to the city centre (20+ min with bus). The flat has a total of 85 m2. In flat there are 2 twin bedrooms of 13 m2 each and one of them will be yours. Your bedroom is empty and you can furnish it as you wish, but if you do not have your own furniture we can provide a single bed with the mattress that used to be there. Flat have a large living room which you can feel free to furnish it, a large balcony, a bathroom with toilet and an additional toilet. A small room for storing things. We have a garage for your car (I don't have one), bike or other things. The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and in the living room we have an electric desk and a modern curved monitor great for movies, games or work that we can use together. If you like to work out then you will also find an exercise mat and accessories to use. Rent per room is 130,000 forint + 20,000 (common costs, gas, electricity, water, fibre-optic internet) - the different between months is so small that I made it fixed. One month deposit 150.000 forint. Room is available from 1 of January. The total amount of people living in the flat is 2.
