Sono presenti due ampie camere matrimonili, una con bagno en suite e l'altra con bagno nel corridoio prima di accedere a essa cosicchè possa essere utile anche per evetuali ospiti in casa. Sono presenti due balconi, uno davanti al soggiorno e l'altro con accesso dalla cucina. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms with double bed equipped with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The service room with third private bathroom concludes the apartment. Compulsory cleaning of the apartment is required at least once a month by a specific company in the sector. RENTAL CONDITIONS: The monthly price includes electricity and gas utilities up to a ceiling of €200. If there is an excess, the extras will be deducted from the security deposit. Details will be specified on the rental contract. The costs of condominium expenses, Wi-Fi, water and contract expenses are included in the monthly rent. Early withdrawal: after at least a month, you can cancel with at least 30 days notice from the last date of release of the property; We apply a daily contract: the monthly payment is calculated on exact days and on the basis of 30 days: for example December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; The check-in and check-out times will be communicated once the booking is finalized.
