We are located only 2 minutes walk from the main train and bus station (Flixbus also), 3 min walk from the old town and 5 min walk from Tromostovje bridge and the Prešeren square. All of the rooms are high-ceilinged, with broad windows and unique furniture all in tones of white and gold making the rooms bright and inviting. Newly refurbished bathrooms with showers available as well as a shared kitchen and a common room for the guests. The prices are as follows: 350 € / bed (landlord undertakes the responsibility of filling up the room) Before the start of the lease, it is necessary to sign the contract and pay a damage security deposit (DIRECTLY TO THE LANDLORD) in the amount of one month's rent, which is returned after the end of rent if all is in order with the room.
