Most of its streets have kept their original layout, so you will be able to immerse yourself in the authentic Valencia. Very close to the flat are the Jardines del Turia, the old riverbed of the Turia River, which is more than 9km long. They are considered the lungs of the city, as they are a true green space that runs through the city from west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences. A rental contract must be signed prior to arrival at the accommodation. Electricity consumption is included up to 70€ per month, excess electricity consumption will be charged to the tenant.
