Jordaan is the best area in Amsterdam. Safe, scenic and everything close by ;) Ground floor, with easy entrance. The appartment is long and narrow. You walk in into the living room, past the kitchen, toilet / patio and then the bedroom. One bedroom with Swiss Sense high bed 180x210. Ensuite (smaller) bathroom, with large shower cabin. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
