No animals. No smokers. You are not allowed to play instruments ⚠️ As the title says, I’m renting a room in a shared flat. In the price are included the kitchen, the bathroom, the washing maschine and 2 parking places. There is no living room, but the bedroom is quite large. Fornitures are included. Thus for free. Ideal for week workers, student or someone who searches for a main or temporary accommodation. The caution is 1000.-. I don’t accept swiss caution. After the visit, if are interested in taking the room, you must provide an ID or passport, residence permits, work contract and the last payroll ( yours or of your parents) or any other guarantee. For me it’s enough you reach the rent and pay it. The contract will be valid only after you pay both the caution and the first rent. I ask you to stay at least a month, but I’m quite flexible in case you want to leave. I ask two weeks of advance notice and I can give you back the whole rent, less the days you have stayed. But always a month, at least. I have flexible ways to computate the rent, in case you need the room only during the week, but that will be discussed later. I’m a 28 years old swiss citizen and I work in Zurich. I don’t really mind who comes in the flat, I want just to save some money from the rent and help the right people to find an accomodation, since it’s difficult to find a home here. I’m looking for a quite and polite person. I accept also vegans, but you must not limit my lifestyle. Mutual respect is important. I don’t accept smokers. the silence musnt’ be broken...
