House and Room Each room is FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + desk + wardrobe! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with an refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine and all necessary cooking equipment. The flat has a separate bathroom. (completely NEW and renovated). Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. Location The shared flat is located on the 2nd floor in the 2nd district in an incredibly quiet side lane with a new elevator. The area provides you with a lot of shopping opportunities and excellent connections with public transport. The metro stations U2, U1 and several tram stations are remarkably close. The trams bring you within a few minutes to all universities, the shopping malls, parks and museums. Furthermore, the U2 brings you in just a few minutes to the Donau. The second bezirk is a large, sprawling district on the Northern side of the Donaukanal that has an exciting multicultural (hidden)'s the gateway to Donauinsel and waterside playgrounds of Vienna, plus all the leafy activities of Prater Park. Home to Prater park, the glorious Auggarten and many, many restaurants and indie stores. It has one of the largest green spaces in Vienna. Walking around in Vienna at night times is safe in all districts. As you might know it is the most liveable and one of the safest cities in the world. Community One of our main objectives is to build together with you, a great open minded, international community and provide you a life in Vienna with a lot of friends and social contacts like in your hometown. This flat sharing is perfect for young open minded people who also want to get a great networking opportunity. Other Things The rent is All-In (including electricity, heating, internet). For couples we charge 150 €/month & room more. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Only for bookings in July and August the minimum renting period is 1 month.
