The apartment enjoy a great location, 5 minutes walking from metro station Barceloneta Line 4 and 5 minutes walking to the beach. The area is surrounded with supermarkets, local bars and restaurants. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. 2 of them have a balcony facing the street with lot of light coming in the apartment. The living room is very comfortable with a dining table, sofa, smart TV. We provide a 1GB wifi connection. The monthly rent is 2500€ with all the bills included, no agency fee.
