There's also a dining set in the living area, while the separate kitchen comes fully equipped with everything to cook delicious meals. It opens to a small backyard with high fences and garden furniture that's best enjoyed during the British Summertime. Do enjoy the complimentary Nespresso capsules provided for your use. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a decorative fireplace. Freshly-laundered linen is provided to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. In the bathroom, you'll find a tub for you to soak in, complete with a showerhead, as well as a separate shower cubicle. Small conveniences such as a towel-dryer, towels, and toiletries are included for use. My home is professionally cleaned and sanitised for your safety and comfort. Enjoy! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Putney Heath, a vast plateau of woodland and open glades crisscrossed with paths, is popular for picnics and has a cricket ground. While train services like South Western and District Line are within walking distance. - Putney Bridge (District Line) is 14 minutes from my home on foot. - Putney (South Western Line) is 15 minutes from my home on foot. - Central is 41 minutes away by District Line. - London Heathrow is 31 minutes by car, depending on route and traffic conditions.
