Cozy private room in my apartment with good public transport connections, double bed, private desk + fast 250Mbit/s WiFi and regulary (weekly) cleaning of all shared spaces (optional room cleaning available) The apartment is located at the station "U1 Keplerplatz" which makes the city center reachable in 10min. Supermarkets, restaurants, shopping street - all very quickly accessible. In addition, the room offers a lot of space. Couples, solo adventurers, students and business travelers are very welcome here! (: The apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by elevator without taking any steps (wheelchair accessible). In the entrance area on the right side is the kitchen and toilet and further back is the bathroom, which is equipped with washing machine, bathtub and sink. Except for your private room, which is lockable, the entire apartment is shared with me and two others. The apartment is great equipped: kitchen appliances, towels, washing machine, fast WLAN, blinds, ... If you need anything I am at your disposal and can also give you good tips around Vienna. I'm looking forward to meet you! Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
