The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals. The two bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a king bed and a double bed, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note The home is lived in and therefore will have personal belongings inside. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Brixton has excellent transport links making it a great location for exploring London. Getting around The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
