The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, enabling you to cook delicious meals during your stay. The apartment also features laundry facilities, including a washer and ironing equipment. The bedrooms are well-appointed, featuring two double and two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure you sleep well. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
