The space Welcome to my house! Charming and tastefully decorated, the living room features a comfortable seating area, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table for four. The room also has an oversized window leading to a lovely backyard where you can lounge with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry. The first and second bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the amenities to freshen up, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The house is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
