The space Welcome to my home! The spacious living room features a comfy sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing and a work desk for remote workers. The room has many books for entertainment and an oversized window that brightens the space and makes it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The two well-proportioned bedrooms are delightfully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Guests access the building through the main front door using a fob and climb two flights of stairs. Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
