The space Welcome! A one-bedroom flat in Clapham Junction is the perfect place for a romantic break for couples. With a village-like vibe found throughout the neighbourhood, and surrounded by local shops, bars and eateries -- you'll sure to have a great time! The flat is on the top floor of a busy area so you'll be well insulated from most noise, and the apartment is set in a very convenient location, as it's close to the nearby Underground Station. The flat is laid out logically with a large living area that's spacious and full of cottage-esque charm. It has a modest look and feel but is adequately furnished. There is a dining table for four and a large window to allow plenty of sunlight to come in. The kitchen is fully-equipped and is capable of cooking most homestyle meals; a microwave, electric kettles and a toaster for convenience. The bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a waterfall shower for you to easily waltz in and out. It has lots of storage for your belongings and the cosy, soft mattress gives you a good night's rest. The hotel-quality bedsheets make the bed even more comfortable! Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your convenience. While cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! Guest access The flat is on the top floor and is accessed from the street. It shares its ground floor with a hair dresser, All Shook Up and is next to the Good Earth restaurant. Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note We are unable to accommodate children. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom St John's Hill is a vibrant street moment from Clapham Junction and with Northcote Road only a five-minute walk away. There is a good range of bars and restaurants right outside the flat. There's a vibrant cafe culture with a number of restaurants using the generous pavement widths for tables and chairs. This makes for a nice vibrant neighbourhood on the doorstep of the flat, especially when there's good weather in London! Getting around The property is only a short walk to Clapham Junction with regular services into Waterloo and Victoria as well as being on the direct line to Gatwick airport. There are also regular bus routes serving all parts of town. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
