Centrally located with excellent transport links, this 2 bedroom home is a surprisingly peaceful retreat from the central London bustle. The space Welcome to our home! Fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and kitchen, relax in the living room after a day of exploring in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious homecooked meal such as an induction cooker and an oven. The home has 2 bedrooms, and you'll find a King-sized bed in one, and a double bed in the other. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens, and in the room you'll find plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up including a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Have a pleasant stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom A lovely neighbourhood with lots of great options for food. drinks, and entertainment nearby! We recommend that you head out for a walk around the local neighbourhood to see what takes your fancy, but to give you a helping hand, some of our favourite spots include, Rosa’s Thai, Mango Tree, Hai Cenato, Bleecker, Market Hall for a variety of vendors, A Wong, Cacio e Pepe and the Dominique Ansel bakery. Other points of interest in the area include, The Tate Britain, Apollo Victoria Theatre, Buckingham Palace, Green Park, St James’ Park or a trip over to some of the main sites near Westminster. If you fancy going further afield to try out a different London neighbourhood, the transport links on your doorstep will help you get around quickly and easily. Getting around The property is well situated to get you around London. Pimlico tube station is only less than a minute walk away. Only one stop away from Victoria (which you can also walk to 15 mins away) you will be able to access the underground and mainline rail (Victoria, Central and District lines as well as Gatwick Express, Southern and Southeastern). Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
