Lovely 1 bedroom home located 5 minute walk from the tube at Holloway Road! The home features a double bedroom, perfect for up to 2 guests. The building was the old Montague Arms pub and continues to carry the sign on the outside, giving the home high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. It is located on the first floor via stairs. This beautiful home has a gorgeous balcony, perfect all year round! The home comes equipped with a kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, living area, TV and WiFi. Fresh hotel quality linen, towels and toiletries will be provided for your stay. - This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). - The keys can be retrieved from a shop that is located 4 minutes walk from the property. - Please note that keys need to be kept safe during the entire stay. If you fail to return keys upon check-out, we reserve the right to charge a fee for key replacement and lock change if needed. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). There's a big Waitrose about a 10 minute walk away on the Holloway Road. Co-Op mini market 30 metres from the flat. Holloway Road is packed with shops and cafes. Nearest green space: Highbury Fields - very attractive - about a 6 minute walk. Islington Upper Street - 10 minute walk. Some of our favourite restaurants include: Trullo (Italian) 10 min walk St Paul's Road/Highbury Corner. Peche Mignon (French Cafe - excellent coffee, croissants, home made food) 4 minutes walk. Bit further away are Moro and Morito and Exmouth Market.
