Modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment with a terrace and its own parking spot. The apartment is 67 square meters. There is a nice bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a bath combined with a shower, and a separate toilet. The kitchenette has all that you need for your stay. There is a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, also kitchenware, plates, cups, glasses. This apartment has a parking space in the garage, which is in the same building, and a large terrace. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning when the city still sleeps or a cup of tea/coffee or a glass of traditional Czech beer after a day spent in vibrant tourist areas will be very much appreciated! The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés, and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot. Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority! Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are not included in the rental. However, we do offer high-quality hotel linens (made of Egyptian cotton) for an additional fee of €60. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every two weeks, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each bi-weekly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. If you would like to upgrade to hotel-quality linens and towels, kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your check-in. Also please note that the bi-weekly cleaning cancellations cannot be made once your stay begins. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra). Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax. Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
