Description

Room located in a recently refurbished building in the centre of Murcia, next to the 3 copas garden (La Flota). The flat has 10 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with washing machine, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and extractor hood, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils and ironing board. The room, for single use, has a bed with sofa, study table and chair, AC, TV and wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with another person staying in the flat. The rent includes water, electricity, internet and a weekly cleaning of the room and common areas. The facilities are completed with high speed internet and well-lit and carefully designed common areas. A garden area with tables and armchairs where you can enjoy the wonderful climate of Murcia and another indoor area with AC, television, tables, chairs and armchairs. These common areas are used together with the rest of the residents of the building La Flota, honouring the "(hidden)" lifestyle that characterizes us. The building has two other similar flats, all of which are rented on a room-by-room basis, mainly to students from different countries and cultures.
