IMPORTANT INFORMATION LOCATION - Mini flatlet situated in the historic and characteristic district of Trastevere. - Accommodates up to 2 people, though it's recommended and most comfortable for 1 person. - If you plan to book for 2 people, please notify us in advance. We will discuss further details, and additional costs may apply. - Introduce yourself and explain your source of income. BOOKING PROCESS - After your booking and before check-in, please send a copy of your passport or ID. - All amenities such as bars, restaurants, and public transport are within walking distance. - Piazza Campo dei Fiori and John Cabot University are also nearby. - Please note that the washing/dryer machine mentioned is not inside the property but available in the same building, upstairs, outside the apartment. A fee of €4 per wash (for electricity consumption) will be charged by the responsible person. PRICING - Prices are set for a minimum stay of 30 days. If you wish to rent for a shorter period, the daily price will be €100 x day + €40 cleaning - For bookings of several months, you can terminate the contract earlier with at least 1 month's notice. A shorter notice period will result in deposit retention; If you will need a contract,the price will be 10% more; PAYMENT - Electricity fee (€75 per month), internet, and other building costs are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month. - The electricity fee is an advance payment. Due to recent increases in energy costs, a flat rate cannot be established. We will read the electricity meter together at check-in, and you will have an allowance of 150 kWh per month included in the fee. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.50 per kWh. - Cleaning fee (€40) for fresh sheets/towels is a one-time payment at check-in. - A €700 deposit ensures the proper use of the apartment's furniture. It will be fully refunded via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio. - Other building costs (€60) are paid at check-in and at the beginning of each rental month...
