Conveniently situated on the main floor of a 2-flat home in a quiet Fulham neighborhood. Please note there are two steps to enter the garden and two small steps to enter the building. Previous noise concerns from neighbors upstairs have been resolved as they moved out in September 2023. Occasional noise from neighbors upstairs may still be present due to the construction of their home. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee.
