Suitable for a group of 2, the home includes a dining table, living area, modern kitchen, private terrace, a full bathroom with an additional toilet room, a private bedroom with terrace access, washer/dryer, fast WiFi (tested at 290Mbps), and a TV. Conveniently situated on the main floor of a 2-flat home in a quiet Fulham neighborhood. Please note there are two steps to enter the garden and two small steps to enter the building. Other Details: Extra cleaning and linen services are available upon request at an additional charge. Previous noise concerns from neighbors upstairs have been resolved as they moved out in September 2023. Occasional noise from neighbors upstairs may still be present due to the construction of their home. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), potential involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from the security deposit.
