Easy access to historic Hampstead, expansive heathlands for delightful walks, Literary Highgate for poetry and music, and Islington's trendy high street with designer shops—all within 20 minutes by public transport. Please note that the property serves as the main residence for most of the year, and therefore, there may be limited storage space available. Other important information: A £30 late check-in fee is applicable between 10 PM and 12 AM, and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. For additional cleans or linens during your stay (for a fee), please contact us. Unfortunately, the place is not suitable for children. Guests are welcome to water the plants on the lovely balcony. There is no buzzer at the flat; you need to go downstairs to open the door. Strict no-smoking policy; evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violations may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), potential involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from the security deposit.
