Sie besitzt einen offenen Wohn-Essbereich mit einer komplett eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Küche. (Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, Töpfe, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler). Im Wohnbereich gibt es Sideboard, Couch, Fernsehapparat und einen Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht aus zur Terrasse. Das Bad hat Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und eine Waschmaschine. Handtücher gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich ein Einbauschrank, ein Doppelbett sowie Bettdecken, Kissen und einige Sätze Bettwäsche. Das Arbeitszimmer ist mit Schreibtisch, Regal, einem Einbauschrank und einem Stapelbett für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer haben bodentiefe Fenster mit elektrisch betriebenen Rollläden.
