ROOM TO RENT FROM 4/01/2024 I rent a nice bedroom of 10,50m2 in my house in which I live (I am 56 years old and I have a 27 years old daughter who does not live with me) in a nice house of 100m2 with a big garden in Villejuif (Épi d'Or area) in a very quiet street. To rent to students only. Erasmus students are welcome. Students from European Union countries are welcome. The room is on the 1st floor, garden view, fully equipped (bed (hidden) big mirrors, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bookcase, 1 big skylight under slope, fiber internet access, wifi, possibility to bring one's own television, 1 lamp). To share : the bathroom (bathtub, shower and WC) the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, small fridge, cooking equipment and dishes) (hidden)ment (washing machine, dryer) Free access to the garden and the dining room Gas heating Radiator in the room Smokers allowed in the dining room and garden only Basement to store things you don't need in the room I DO NOT ACCEPT APL I take Visale deposit and LocaPass (advance of the security deposit) I do not accept deposits from family members or friends I ask for a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent (excluding charges), which is cashed at the beginning of the lease and returned to the tenant at the end of the lease (according to the inventory of fixtures) Documents required at the beginning of the lease : an identity card, a proof of studies and visa Between 2 to 5 minutes walk from the house to the buses : - 380 (Metro Louis Aragon to Vache Noire line in Arcueil) which goes to the metro Louis Aragon in 5 minutes - 172 (Henri Mondor Hospital to Bourg la Reine RER line) which goes to the Louis Aragon metro in 5 minutes - 131 (Mairie de Chevilly Larue to Porte d'Italie line) The house is located at : - 20 minutes walk from the Louis Aragon metro station - 15 minutes walk from the big hypermarket Carrefour l'Hay les Roses - 10 minutes walk from the Post Office and a Franprix supermarket - 5 minutes walk from the bakery, a pharmacy and a Lidl supermarket Cleaning of the room at the tenant's expense and regular cleaning of the rooms used (with the 2nd roommate of the other room) Possibility to park a car in the street without paying and in the surroundings Possibility to park a bicycle in the garage in (hidden)ment of the house Occasionally, I accept a friend during the day but only in the tenant's room No animals because I already have 2 extremely nice Chihuahuas who sleep a lot, who only bark when they are not used to new people in the hous...
