Hi there, I’m looking for a new roommate from 15th of June - min 31th of October, option for long term. LOCATION Dream location in the middle of Charlottenburg. It’s on the corner to Kantstraße, which is Berlins most famous food street. The apartment is 5min walking to Kurfürstendamm (Berlins most famous shopping street) and 7min walking to the Lietzensee, where you have a beautiful park to relax or workout/go for a run around the lake. Sounds too good to be true? Please google yourself :) Then you will see that it is getting even better... the apartment is the parallel street to Wilmersdorferstraße, which is a huge shopping street with min. 6 different main super markets (5min walking to Edeka, Alnatura, Bio Company, Lidl, Netto). 2min to Nahkauf and we have a Späti next to our door, which is open 24/7 and takes DHL packages. Seriously please google the area :) You have fitness studios around as well as 3 dm’s, Rossmann, Mediamarkt and many more. There are very cute streets to explore the area by walking. :) ROOM The room is completely furnished: Bed, closet, desk, sofa, TV, dresser, clothes rack etc. (see photos). The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
