The 3-seat sofa and additional double sofa-bed create a comfortable space for catching up on favorite shows. The well-stocked kitchen includes essentials, cookware, herbs, spices, and a dishwasher. The apartment has two double bedrooms. The m(hidden)edroom offers a deluxe double bed and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be converted into two singles. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and anti-allergy bedding for a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are adorned in a beautiful calming green, with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath and the ensuite with a large free-standing shower. Outside, the private courtyard with outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ, and an outdoor tap/hose is perfect for relaxing or cleaning beach gear. Free parking and step-free access are provided, along with 2x Smart TVs, free wifi, books, and games. (Note: The courtyard is accessed via a small pathway and is not directly connected to the property.) Guest Access: Accessed via a private (ground-floor) entrance using a secure lockbox. Guests will have access to the entire home. Other Things to Note: Security camera outside the property. Christmas tree for all December bookings. Self-check-in property; identity verification required. £50 charge for lost keys; additional cost for lock replacement. No smoking on the property; minimum £300 smoking fee. No parties, gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Evidence of rule breach may lead to stay cancellation and involvement of local authorities.
