The large, open-plan living area includes a 65” flat screen TV, Bose smart speaker, gas fireplace, and a stressless leather recliner. The fully stocked kitchen boasts an induction hob, American-style double fridge freezer with filtered cold-water dispenser and ice maker, and a filtered hot water dispenser. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests. There are two bedrooms with ensuites featuring high-quality fittings and complimentary hotel-quality linens. The master bedroom includes a super king-size bed, gas fireplace, 55” flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a workspace. The luxury ensuite offers a double shower and double vanity unit. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed, a 55” flat screen TV, and a luxury ensuite bathroom. The utility room provides access to a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer, and high-quality Philips steam iron and ironing board are provided. Guests are welcome to use the Peloton (bring your own shoes and account sign-in details). Complimentary amenities include a bottle of wine, locally produced Crosby coffee, tea bags, biscuits, and breakfast condiments. The home is professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for safety. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. The large shared garden and private patio with seating are available for relaxation. Two free parking spaces are provided on the private shared driveway. Other Things to Note: Self-check-in property; identity verification required. £50 charge for lost keys; potential additional costs for lock replacement. No smoking on the property; breach may result in a £300 GBP smoking fee. No parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
