The living room features two comfy sofas, a woodburning stove, and a flat-screen TV for cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen includes all amenities for meal preparation, with a large antique table for dining or casual conversations. The front room, originally the old shop, now serves as a studio/workspace with a sofa bed. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a large bath and shower. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. Garden access is through the French doors in the kitchen, offering a south-facing sun trap with flowers, trees, and a small fishpond. A table, benches, and a parasol make it an ideal spot for al fresco dining, or enjoying a cup of coffee or tea when the weather allows. We adhere to an enhanced cleaning protocol, including professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Other Things to Note: This is a self-check-in property; identity verification is required before check-in. You can check in at any time of the day, respecting the standard check-in time. A £50 fee is charged for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more), with potential additional costs for lock replacement for security purposes. Please keep your keys safe. Strictly no smoking on the property. Evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 GBP smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Evidence of such activity may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), potential involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from your security deposit. Local authorities may also be notified if required. If linens are required for the sofa bed, please request them early for preparation before your check-in. Thank you! This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
