A fully-equipped kitchen with necessities such as a microwave, fridge, toaster, oven, and stovetop for preparing fresh meals. 1 bedroom with a double bed and seating areas, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. A bathroom with a bath and an attached shower. Fresh towels and eco-friendly toiletries are provided for your convenience. Other Things to Note: Please be aware of ongoing building works next door, believed to occur during lawful hours in the UK. Guests with walking difficulties should reconsider renting this (hidden) as it is located on the second floor and may be strenuous for some. A special lithium fire extinguisher is present; removal will result in a £50 fine. This is a self-check-in property, requiring identity verification before check-in. Check-in is available at any time of the day, respecting the standard check-in time. A £50 fee is charged for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more), and additional costs may apply for lock replacement for security purposes. Strictly no smoking in the property. Evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 GBP smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Evidence of such activity may lead to stay cancellation (without refund), involvement of a security team for eviction, and associated costs deducted from your security deposit.
