The studio consists of entrance hallway with large wardrobe, only room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and balcony. A bathroom with window, shower and washing machine. Convenient for stays of two people. The apartment is very comfortable and although it is a studio apartment it is spacious and bright. The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge, pots, dishes, glasses, mugs and coffee maker. The bathroom has a washing machine. The apartment is located in the heart of the Tortona Design District, where the old industrial buildings of the former Ansaldo steelworks have given way to lofts, fashion showrooms and creative workshops: in the CGE sheds the Laboratori del Teatro alla Scala, in the former industrial grain warehouse the Armani Silos, a four-storey museum dedicated to the work and creations of the designer Giorgio Armani. During Fashion Week and Design Week, the district welcomes hundreds of thousands of Italian and foreign visitors. The boom of Italian creativity in fashion and design gave rise to the “Fuorisalone”, the mythical schedule of events and manifestations that animate the Tortona Zone during the week of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile. In the immediate vicinity is also the MUDEC (Museo Delle Cultures), a center dedicated to interdisciplinary research on the cultures of the world, where, starting from ethnographic collections and in collaboration with our communities, we intend to build a place of dialogue around contemporary themes through visual, performative and sound arts, design and costume. From Milan Central Station the means of transport to easily reach the apartment are: the metro line M2 to the Porta Genova FS stop or then the tram 9 to the Stazione Genova 2 stop. From here the apartment can be reached in 7 minutes on foot (about 600 metres). Monthly rates: • 1.200,00€/month for rent; • 200,00€/month for building fees; • 200,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); Total of monthly cost: 1.600,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.2000€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ one time (VAT included) for the cleaning service at the end of the rental; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed...
