The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with TV, dining area and balcony, a kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a bathroom with shower. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with a lock with a personal key. It takes 16 minutes to reach IULM University by bus. In 20 minutes you can reach the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA). In 27 minutes, always with line 91, you can reach the Bocconi University. Monthly rates: • 1.450,00€/month for rent; • 200,00€/month for building fees; • 250,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); • 100,00€/month for one mandatory cleaning service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€. You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.450€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 200,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
