The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a shared living room with TV, dining area and balcony, a shared kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and a shared bathroom with shower. Room N°1 has a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Each room is equipped with a lock with a personal key. It takes 16 minutes to reach IULM University by bus. In 20 minutes you can reach the New Academy of Fine Arts (NABA). In 27 minutes, always with line 91, you can reach the Bocconi University. Monthly rates: • 900,00€/month for rent; • 100,00€/month for building fees; • 150,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); • 150,00€/month for weekly cleaning; Total of monthly cost: 1.300,00€.
