The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A floor-to-ceiling door connects you to a stunning glass-enclosed dining area and a furnished garden terrace, offering a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing homemade meals, complemented by a dining table for shared meals with loved ones. There are two bedrooms: one with a King-sized bed and the other with a bunk bed (single on top, double on the bottom), all furnished with hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom includes necessary amenities, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience. The house is professionally cleaned to ensure a comfortable stay. Other things to note: This property operates on a self-check-in basis, and guests will be required to verify their identity before checking in. Check-in can be done at any time of the day, respecting the standard check-in time of 3 p.m. A charge of £50 will apply for each set of lost keys, with potential additional costs for security keys. Replacing locks may also incur an extra charge for security purposes, so it's essential to keep keys secure. The property strictly enforces a no-smoking policy. Evidence of smoking, such as smell, ashes, or butts, may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Violation of these rules may lead to stay cancellation without a refund, and a security team may be involved for eviction, with associated costs deducted from the security deposit.
