The two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements - the first bedroom with a king-sized bed and the second with a double bed, both complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all essentials, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Other things to note: This property operates as a self-check-in, and you will need to verify your identity before checking in, anytime after 3 PM. There is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). Additional costs may apply for lock replacement for security purposes, so please keep your keys safe. A zero-tolerance policy for smoking is in place on the property. Evidence of rule breaches (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) may result in a minimum charge of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not permit parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Evidence of such activities may lead to the cancellation of your stay (without a refund) and the involvement of a security team for eviction. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
