Originally constructed to accommodate nearby police officers, these homes stand out with generously spacious interiors, surpassing neighboring residences in size and grandeur. The homely lounge area inside includes a TV and Freesat receiver. Four LED lights, controlled by dimmer switches, provide complete control over the lighting ambiance, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere. The middle room doubles as a bedroom, accommodating two guests with a convenient sofa bed or serving as an ideal spot for reading or enjoying music. Next to it is a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer radiator. The kitchen is a highlight, boasting modern amenities, a large wooden table with two extension leaves for comfortable seating up to eight people, and the pleasant sounds of a DAB digital radio while preparing meals. Upstairs, three bedrooms include a master bedroom with a work desk and monitor setup, a middle bedroom known for its warmth, and a back bedroom with a smart TV and a laptop-friendly desk. The floor also houses a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, WC, plenty of storage shelves, and a towel warmer radiator. Enjoy freshly picked strawberries in spring or blackberries for an excellent crumble in autumn. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note: Street parking is in front of the house, but a parking permit is required on football match days. Transport connections are excellent, so consider leaving the car behind and using local bus and tram connections. Bins are collected every two weeks; please be mindful of waste. Wi-fi is available in every room, with Ethernet ports in the lounge, master bedroom, and rear bedroom for wired connections. Late check-in has surcharges (GBP 30 after 22:00, GBP 50 after midnight) and is subject to confirmation. A GBP 50 charge for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more) with potential additional costs for lock replacement. Zero-tolerance policy for smoking; a GBP 300 smoking fee may be charged for rule breaches. No parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests; evidence of such activities may result in stay cancellation and associated costs. Local authorities may be involved if required.
