💢💢💢 AVAILABLE FROM JUNE 18TH ROOM with PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER and DOUBLE BED located in the heart of the STUDENT DISTRICT of Valencia, next to Avenida Blasco Ibáñez and Plaza Xuquer, close to the city center. It is located on a nice street, just 8 minutes walk from the "Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (UPV)", the "Campus de Tarongers", the "Campus Blasco Ibáñez de la Universitat de València" and the "Universidad Europea de Valencia". It is close to the Turia riverbed (green space for walking and playing sports). Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops ("Aragón Metro Station" and "Amistat-Casa de Salud Metro Station") within walking distance, making it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions. The room has an HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. It also has a sofa, dining table and chairs. The neighborhood is a QUIET and SAFE AREA, with a young atmosphere, surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets. 🔸We deliver the keys from Monday to Friday (not holidays) between 9:00 and 19:00 (preferably in the morning). Outside these hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, a charge of €30 will be made, which must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys. 🔸Bills are included up to 50 euro. 🔸Important Information: Upon arrival of the tenant, payment will be made for the prorated days of the month. However, there will be no proration upon departure. If the departure takes place between the 1st and 15th of the month, the rent will be paid until the 15th of that month. If departure occurs between the 15th and the end of the month, the rent will be paid until the last day of the month. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
