Welcome to our cozy studio apartment, ideally situated in a vibrant Liverpool hotspot near Liverpool One, Albert Dock, and various top attractions! Please note that our home is located on the 6th (top) floor of a charming apartment building. However, the lift, managed by the building, is currently out of service, and access to the property is only available via stairs. If mobility challenges are a concern, please refrain from booking, as no refund can be provided due to the non-functioning lift. Our modestly furnished studio is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Your well-being is our priority, and we adhere to an enhanced cleaning protocol, including professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Here's what our home offers: A seating area featuring a sofa and a coffee table. A double bed adorned with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. A fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances necessary for preparing a simple meal, along with a new washer/dryer. A bathroom with a shower. Free WiFi (Tested speeds around 5Mbps). We provide fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience. Other important details: The flat is on the 6th (top) floor, and the lift is not functioning, with only stair access available. Check-in requires government-issued ID, and key pick-up and return are at Liverpool Lime Street station. Check-in time is from 3 PM to 9 PM. For arrivals after 9 PM until 11:30 PM, please inform us for alternative key pick-up arrangements. We charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). Smoking is strictly prohibited, and evidence of violation may result in a £300 GBP smoking fee. No parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are allowed. Violations may lead to cancellation without a refund, involving a security team if necessary. Costs will be charged via the security deposit, and local authorities may be informed if required. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Per day
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
