I rent a room on Av Infante Santo for the period I will be away from Lisbon. Location: 7 minutes from Alcantara train, 12 minutes from Santos, close to Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré. Period of stay: 02/05/2024 to 03/21/2024 (1 month and a half) Total value: €900 (with expenses included - water and energy costs should not exceed €160 per month in total - normally it does not reach €100). If you exceed it, you will be charged with caution. Security deposit €700 to be returned on 25-03, after checking that nothing has been damaged.
