The living room and main bedroom offer splendid, unobstructed views of Arthur's Seat. Please note that the property is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible by stairs. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all modern conveniences, including an electric stove, oven, and kettle, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin beds, both adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a comfortable night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning and meticulous sanitization for your safety. Other Things to Note: This property operates on a self-check-in basis, requiring identity verification before accessing the flat. Check-in is flexible within the standard time frame (3 PM). A £50 fee applies for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more), and there may be an additional cost to replace locks for security purposes. Please keep your keys secure. Strict no-smoking policy on the property. Evidence of breach may result in a minimum £300 smoking fee. Parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests are not allowed. Evidence of such activities may lead to the cancellation of your stay (without a refund), and a security team may be engaged for eviction.
