Other things to note If you'd like to watch a movie, there DVDs on the Cupboard by the TV (Old Skool!) Otherwise, there is also an HDMI Cable in the drawer under the TV you can use to plug your laptop into the TV and stream something online. The volume for the TV is connected to the soundbar so you have to use the soundbar remote to control the volume. This main door flat has private access via the front door as well as access to a private south-facing garden at the back. This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
