The lounge includes a comfortable sofa bed for one and a large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The open-planned kitchen is well-equipped for you to whip up a delicious meal. The bedroom features a cozy double bed fitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom includes a bathtub, an attached shower head, sink, and toilet. Complimentary towels and environmentally-friendly toiletries are also provided for your convenience. The apartment has a total area of 58 square meters and features a private living room and bathroom. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises to ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests. The property is located on the 2nd and has STAIR ACCESS ONLY. Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
