Luxurious room for couples This new private room is suitable for couples and has a rent of 1400 euro for a couple . In case you rent it alone it has a rent of 1225 euro a month . The rooms is in a recently renovated big house situated in the european district of Brussels situated at avenue de la brabanconne 6 , 1000 Brussels . It is a very luxurious room with private bathroom in a large house and has a little private terasse and a view on the common garden of the house. This house consists of a very cosy living room and 2 completely furnished kitchens with dishwassers and all new kitchen appliances ( big fridges , oven , cooking plates , microwaves , ....) and a laundry room with different washing machines and dryers at the disposal of all tenants . There's also a place to store bikes and you can upload your electric bikes or steps in the house . A cleaning lady is passing by every week to clean the common parts of the house and the room is cleaned before your arrival . All double beds are made up with bedsheets and with 2 pillows . Very nice atmosphere between the young tenants which are from different european countries . We have several rooms from different sizes still available and we can organize a visit at place to show you around and let you see the rooms so you can choose the room of your preference . Visits are on demands and can be done in french or english or dutch . The rooms are available now and can be rented out for different periods . In this rent is included a provision of 70 euro for the charges and you have to pay monthly 25 euro for the use of the laundry and the weekly cleaning service of the common parts of the house . We only rent this room out for minimum 6 months or longer and to young professionals ( 18-35 years old )....
