In the event of misplaced keys, a fee of £50 will be applied for each lost key set, with the possibility of higher costs for security keys. Lock replacement may be necessary for security purposes, incurring additional charges. We kindly request that you keep your keys secure. Please be aware that a strict no-smoking policy is enforced within the property. Evidence of a breach of this rule, such as the smell of smoke, ashes, or cigarette butts, will result in a minimum charge of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not permit parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or the presence of outside guests. In cases where there is sufficient evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund and may involve a security team for eviction.
