There is a bus stop right outside, which goes both to Partille Centrum (otherwise about 5 minutes' walk) and to central Gothenburg. Commuter train stop approx. 6 minutes' walk, and from there approx. 8 minutes to Gothenburg C. Allum Köpcenter is ten minutes' walk away, where there are various shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and system companies, as well as a bus station. As a tenant, you rent a room, shared kitchen and bathroom and garden. We who own the house partly live abroad. Each bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The larger bedroom is about 10 square meters, and also has a balcony, the rent is SEK 5,500/month. The smaller room is about 8 square meters, and has a rent of SEK 5,000/month. Normal consumption of electricity, water and heat is included. The rent also includes unlimited internet. Pendeltågsstation ca 6 minuters gångväg, och därifrån ca 8 minuter in till Göteborg C. Allum Köpcenter ligger tio minuters gångväg bort, där finns diverse butiker, restauranger, matbutiker, och systembolag, samt busstation. Som hyresgäst hyr du ett rum, delat kök och badrum och trädgård. Varje sovrum har en enkelsäng, garderob och skrivbord. Det större sovrummet är ca 10 kvadratmeter, och har även balkong, hyran ligger på 5 500 kr/månad. Det mindre rummet är ca 8 kvadratmeter, och har en hyra på 5000 kr/månad.
