Check-in can be arranged at any time during the day, as long as it adheres to our standard check-in time of 3 PM. We kindly request that you keep your keys secure, as there is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys (security keys may incur a higher cost). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost associated with lock replacement. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If any evidence suggests a breach of this rule (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to impose a minimum £300 smoking fee. Additionally, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or the presence of outside guests. In the event of substantial evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may engage a security team for eviction. Any associated costs will be deducted from your security deposit, and local authorities may be contacted if necessary. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
