The open-plan kitchen creates a social atmosphere for mingling and shared meals. It's equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to meet culinary needs and create delicious dishes. The bedroom is tastefully decorated, including a king bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is well-appointed with all the amenities you'll need for freshening up, offering clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Other Things to Note: This property offers self-check-in, and you'll be asked to verify your identity before gaining access to the property. Check-in can be arranged at any time during the day, as long as it adheres to our standard check-in time of 3 PM. We kindly request that you keep your keys secure, as there is a £50 charge for each set of lost keys (security keys may incur a higher cost). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost associated with lock replacement. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If any evidence suggests a breach of this rule (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to impose a minimum £300 smoking fee. Additionally, we do not allow parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or the presence of outside guests. In the event of substantial evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may engage a security team for eviction. Any associated costs will be deducted from your security deposit, and local authorities may be contacted if necessary. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
