Amalfi is a splendid two-room apartment, furnished in a modern style and with the latest-generation furniture and appliances, located a few steps from the historic center of Florence, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif overlooking the city. Located on the fifth and sixth floors of a recently built building with a lift, the apartment consists of a large living room with kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, spiral staircase which leads to the double bedroom with complete bathroom, and access to two other pocket balconies with city views. The kitchen has induction hobs and an extractor hood on an island counter, as well as an oven, dishwasher, and Bialetti coffee machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen television. The first bathroom consists of a toilet and shower. On the upper floor, there is a comfortable double bed with wardrobes and bedside tables, as well as a complete bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, toilet, and bidet. From the room, there is access to the two pocket balconies, with opposite views of the city. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, equipped with high-speed WiFi, and protected with an armored door. The building is equipped with a numeric keypad for access, while the apartment keys are kept in a combination box. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
