The flat features a charming bedroom with a King-sized bed, complete with high-quality linens reminiscent of those found in luxury hotels. Additionally, there's a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room for added sleeping options. The living area is spacious and includes a delightful sofa-bed set for your relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, facilitating the preparation of delicious home-cooked meals. It features amenities such as an induction cooker, oven, and toaster. The bathroom is appointed with a shower, toilet, and sink for your convenience. At our residence, your well-being is paramount. We adhere to an enhanced cleaning protocol, employing professional cleaning practices and meticulous disinfection. Please note that, in response to a guest's feedback about the Wi-Fi signal, we've added a Wi-Fi booster to ensure a strong and reliable signal. Other Things to Note: This property offers self-check-in, and you'll be required to verify your identity before gaining access to the flat. You can check in at any time of the day, provided it aligns with our standard check-in time. Please be aware that the home is located on the lower ground floor. We also impose a £50 fee for each set of lost keys (security keys may incur a higher cost). For security reasons, there may be an additional cost associated with lock replacement, so please ensure the safekeeping of your keys. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for smoking within the property. If any evidence is found to suggest a breach of this rule (e.g., the smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we retain the right to impose a minimum £300 GBP smoking fee. Furthermore, we do not permit parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or the presence of outside guests. Should we receive substantial evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may engage a security team for eviction.
